As a PADI registered dive centre, Ocean Divers are able to offer the world’s most recognized and sought after dive qualifications. PADI courses are designed using scientifically proven teaching methodologies and instructional techniques to get you to where you want to be.
The PADI courses are structured to guide you from Starting Diving to Continuing Your Education and eventually, if you want, to Go Pro.
PADI courses are quick and convenient, with most courses being completed in only 3 or 4 days. PADI also offers eLearning for many of their courses, allowing you to complete the theory portion of a course before you travel.
Starting Diving
The PADI Open Water Diver course is designed for complete novices with no experience. For most people this is their entry into the diving world. For people who are a little more cautious or do not have the time for the 3 day course there is the one day Discover Scuba Diving experience program.
Continuing Your Education
Diving can be an amazingly diverse hobby. There are many facets and avenues to explore. The Advanced Open Water course helps you get more experience and lets you discover a little more about some aspects of diving you may already be interested in.
If you have got the “bug” for a specific aspect of diving then you can learn more about that by taking the relevant PADI Specialty Course. Enriched Air Nitrox, Digital Underwater Photography and Deep diving are firm favorites.
Emergency First Response and Rescue Diver courses enable you to help others in the event of emergency as well as helping to improve your dive knowledge and skills.
Go Pro
The Divemaster qualification shows that you have professional level dive skills and knowledge, and enables you to turn your passion into your career.
